I agree, a size chart would be helpful. However I actually upsized in hooks so that I could get the correct size of slipper. I crocheted 4mm to make a UK size 3/4, 5mm made 5/6, 6mm made 6/7 if you see what I mean. Adjusting the hook sizes allowed the same number of stitches but different slipper sizes. Hope that helps

I did like this pattern, pretty easy to follow. Didn't care for the music, but that's what the mute button is for. What would be helpful is a more clear way of counting the rows. Also, no way to know who this will fit until you try it on. Don't see options for bigger sizes. This one fits me, but I'd like to make a pair for my sister, who has longer feet. How many more in that foundation chain for a size 8 (USA)?

If you need to make the slippers longer, add more stitches to your foundation chain. If you need it wider, increase the amount of rows you crochet in each section. You could also potentially use double crochet stitches to make it wider. I hope this helpes!

So one side has 7 rows then 6 in the middle then 9 on the other side? Wont they be uneven when sewn up?

I was thinking the same thing, and came on here to see if someone was having the same issue with the pattern. I made a pair and they turned out fine. This is how I did it: one side 9 rows, middle 7 rows, other side 9 rows (total 25 rows).

I guess the size depends on how many chains there is when starting? Do you have a chart for sizing?

So the first part of the slipper is 7 rows of 29 sc then 6 rows of 13sc then 9 rows of 29sc. My slippers have turned out wonky though as when the slippers are put together before sewing they are not level, due to 7 rows one side and 9 the other. Should it be 9 rows each side? Thank you

Yes it is this way because they do the 2 showing and then they do 7 rows. What they mean to say is do 7 more, that’s what I thought at least
