This is a simple guided relaxation that moves from the toes to the head. Since the energy is rising (even though it is relaxing), this makes it well suited to taking a break or a nap (or beginning a hypnosis or shamanic journey session) during the day when you want to come back awake afterward feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
I chose not to play any music or sounds in the background of this video to make it more versatile so that you could:
