@@SweetHeartsHair isn't that always how it goes? 😄 When I do some of your styles on my kiddo, her friends are always more impressed than she is! 😆 (TBH, I think she's just worried that sometimes it's too 'done' or too 'young' & her peers might tease her a bit, but they've ALWAYS been impressed! Thanks for helping me with the inspiration! 😊)

She has such beautiful hair! I remember how small she was, and how you kept her distracted with a tablet or something like that? And the older she gets that more she looks like her mom! I love this I might try to see if I look good with it! It's hard to get my hair to do that puffed up top like that, but I have never tried with the hair pulled up through like that! This one is really nice, Beth!! Believe it or not, I am 70 years old or I should really say young but yeah I don’t look it!! I still have long well styled hair and I have always been a huge fan of half up hairstyles so I am going to try this on me! I bought the octopus hair clip, it came in a set of two as we call it here in the states. Wasn’t expensive.😊

I have tried similar on my hair and my hair is so thin that the entire clamping claw can be seen. I will try this anyhow. I think your trick is pushing the tail up and over. It can’t hurt to try again.

My hair has gotten so thin as I've gotten older! A smaller version of that same clip can help, and if you're up for it, adding some clip-in extention hair to the top of your hair (like, one in the middle of the left side & one on the right) before tying the pony can give you a bit more fullness & coverage! Sadly, my grey hair has been dyed pink & purple, so I can never find a clip-in to match that looks realistic. 😭 Ooh...wait a minute...I could try maybe grey hair clip-ins? Or black/dark brown? Instead of trying to match the funky color, maybe I should do some 'natural' streaks??! Hmm...🤔 Anyway. LOL Yes, a smaller version of the claw can help, and then there's less to cover! Good luck!!
