Landscaping can be very dependant. There are some things that will give you a return, and others that look nice but will not add value. It can also be very dependant on the area you are in and what the surrounding homes look like. In general, the buyer's real first impression of your home, is when they are driving up your driveway and walking to the front door. A clean cut cared for yard is always a good rule of thumb. Clean your walkways and the driveway, (especially from the moss if here in the pacific northwest). Make sure to have your lawn, hedges and trees trimmed. Fill in any mulch or gravel needed and consider adding seasonal flowers or decor pieces to make the entrance a warm and welcoming.
