Break the fast - that was new! loved the breakfast. I love pork too. Will try your method of preparing it. As for Valentine's I prefer spending with my whole family, no specials like dinner dates and the whole shebang, family love surpasses all that, for me atleast :). Happy to know you spent yours with your kids. Plus love is an everyday thing. Mango salsa is trending, and its super delicious. The wine is the icing on the cake.
