This is so beautiful!!❤️ The veins of the leaf is so nicely printed on the canvas. All leaves doesn't have this impression on canvas. Any special technique for that or just the type of leaf?

@@psblossom I don't think she used a canvas.... rather, card. Thick card. Also depends on the type of leaf you use, how much paint you apply, whether you add a little water to the paint. If there's excess paint on the leaf, you can also try pressing the leaf onto another piece of paper before applying it to your painting.

Simple tutorial -- superb result! I want to do this (but may have to wait until Spring so I can find suitable leaves). One question - do I let the paint dry in between each layer of leaves? I don't know how I've not come across your channel before now! I happened to see one of your creations on Pinterest yesterday and looked you up on you tube. I'm so glad I did! I have a small slice of tree trunk that I've been waiting for inspiration to strike with something suitable. I can't think of anything more suitable than leaf prints.

Sorry, what kind of leaves are those? I've tried various leaves, but they never come out so well as yours. I tried with very thin and also thicker layers of paint, but never managed to get even one really decent leaf print.... any ideas?

Here's what I do when I need to watch more slowly. Click the Settings gear at the bottom of the video. You should see 'Playback Settings'. Click and choose the speed you prefer. Hope this helps. 😊
