Haha i followed this but instead of the spoon dropping in an empty bowl, I had the spoon drop in a bowl of cereal and milk (and then of course ate it and it was very good) Thanks!

Vani Jajam because the other side was tied to a lever, so when one side of the lever went down due to the blocks landing on it, the side attached to the pulley went up, and the other side of the pulley with the spoon went down
