Blue Ridge Rock Festival faced severe weather and was called short, prior to heading back out on the road, Brent Smith of Shinedown invited us up to sing a few for the people!

I am not an American, I am an Englishman. For many years, I thought that America had lost its way, but seeing this gives me hope. I visited a handful of times, decades ago, travelling all over that great land. Besides the vast, ever changing landscape, I was struck by the character of the genuine, salt of the earth people that I met there - all kinds of people, with all kinds of background, but all with a common attitude to life. Watching this, _this_ is the embodiment of the true America, from the words of that famous song, to the energy of the crowd. I am not American, and nor am I a religious man, but watching this I can say honestly and wholeheartedly, "God bless America". Best of luck to you all, I hope you pull through what has become a very dark period in your nation's history.

Thank you for saying this. There are forces within our own media trying to pit us citizens against one another. Two different types of politically skewed media, telling two different realities. One type favors Dems, the other type favors the GOP. Both types convince us the problem with our country is caused by the other party. Causing us to hate one another along party lines. If only we could all see through the BS.

Oliver Anthony, I have something I have nor did I ever expect I would in my life. I was born and raised in Brooklyn. Never got into country music. When I tell you, on everything I love, at a reggae in Brooklyn…in the hooood, amongst all the reggae the DJ went and threw on ‘Rich Men North of Richmond’. I know the song, but kind of half expected the crowd to go “Huh?..wtf?🤨”, but to my surprise, YOOOO!, not only was the crowd with it, more than half the crowd was singing along with the lyrics. When I tell you I’ve NEVER seen a song reach so many people of so many genres (aside from Bob Marley)…WOW…MAN! But listen, it got me thinking, as I’m sure you’re being offered so many collaborations. And to be clear, I am strictly a fan, not a businessman or ANYTHING like like, as I’m sure they are coming out the woodworks to you, but because of what I seen yesterday. I was praying, please don’t let this guy do a collab with Carti B or some BS. But I had a thought yesterday, Damian Marley and you. You both never sold out, you both point out the political aspects in a subtle way, you both speak genuinely about those on the bottom rungs of society. And as I listen to Damion Marley I’ve NEVER heard him glorify gangsters or criminality, he has only ever mention them as a unfortunate and natural result of poverty. And seeing a West Indian crown singing ‘Rich Men North of Richmond’ last night, not only will it be one of my new favorite memories that I’ll be bringing up every single time that song becomes the topics of conversation, but it showed me how well embraced by all genres you are…even reggae!? And being as how Bob Marley is THEE ONLY other man I’ve EVER seen capable of that, I think it right for you to see if you can reach out to his son somehow. The world right now needs uniting. Imagine reggae youth and country folk partying together. I think ONLY YOU are capable of that. God Bless you Oliver Anthony and also those one stage with you in this video, I don’t know country music m, so I don’t know who they are, but God Bless.

Before that, it was Kate Smith, and Edith Piaf!? Think we'll be hearing this from a great studio recording soon, don't you ? I don't think Oliver "dreamed" of, or FOR,, this; I think God's Blessings appeared when the timing was right? All of us are born with God's SPARK of life; some never develop it ?
