Carrot Souffle recipe:
2 quarts canned carrots
1 c oil
2 t extract
6 eggs
6 T flour
2 t powder
1 t salt
1 c sugar

How to make yogurt:
Stirring frequently, heat 1-2 quarts of dairy-free milk to 110 degrees. Take off heat, add starter packet, and mix well.
Cover and culture in yogurt maker overnight (at least 6-8 hours). Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set. Yogurt may not appear to have thickened. Try stirring before refrigeration and again after a couple of hours. May take up to 24 hours of refrigeration to firm up. After refrigeration, separation may occur. Just stir the yogurt to blend.
