Simple Side Dish for Chapathi in Tamil | Chapathi Kurma without vegetables in Tamil

This is a variation of the the thakkali thokku and this onion-tomato combination pairs well with roti/chapathi. This side dish is so quick and easy to make but tastes very good.

In Sri lanka we make a similar dish minus tomatoes but add some tamarind juice with Maldives fish chips. We don't add coriander powder but chillies flakes. That is called Seeni Sambol. Add a little sugar at last to make it brown colour. Great combination with roti and bread
