On point!! My mower with 691v Kawasaki had no spark while engine was hot. Replaced coils, still same problem. Cleaned all wiring connections and now no problem.

This was a huge help. I have a old 80s generator with a points system in trying to get going again and I replaced the coil with a new upgraded electrical one off a generator that DID run once upon a time and turns out that coil is now dead as well.. what are the odds but now I know.
