With this wash routine i achieve healthy and moisturized 4a/4b natural curls. I hope you all enjoy and also this will be my last video for a while so I can focus on my last semester of dental hygiene school. I've been feeling supper overwhelmed lately so this break is LONG over due.

For even less tension on the hair, find a good deep conditioner with slip! This way you can skip the rinse out conditioner step & detangle with the deep conditioner! This will allow the DC time to saturate the strands & counts towards the time you leave it in, shortening wash day! Oh.. And you can definitely have too much moisture.. which can lead to moisture overload ☺️
