Neither, anyone with any artistic skill can do this easily. I originally thought it was difficult until I bought my gf a kit. For $150 and I'd say 6-7hrs practice this is easy. I'm shit at it and could do this hahaha

Also.. A football is round. This is a hand-egg. Similar to a rugby ball but smaller... Hand egg soccer ball I believe is played with this thing... Although they seem to stop every two mins... So it's difficult to fathom....
