2 Cups of All Purpose Flour -250g
1 tsp Active Dry Yeast
1 Cup Water ( room temp)- 240ml or 8 fluid ounces
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tablespoon Olive oil
Air fry At 380F or 190C for 25-30 mins. and Flip and air fry for 5-7mins Enjoy

I activated the yeast first and added 2 tbsp of honey ,kneaded it for 5 min then prroofed it for an hr and it came out waaay better than this. I didnt even have to flip it.

Lovely, as always. I have a seed mix that I'll put on the top, wondering what's the best way to make the seeds stick (air fryers so windy inside)? I'll try just gently pushing them down into the dough? Thank you again so much for sharing.

Maybe brush egg whites on top.

Press them into dough, she does that..I used Chia seeds, I lightly pressed into top of dough all over...it came out so delicious. Ofcourse some fell while in the air fryer, to me it wasn't a problem

Sprinkle and massage onto it seems the best way , as it cook it will puff out and push out the seeds
