This was really interesting to see. I do all these things in Notion but seeing how you do it in Tello gives me some ideas about things I might adapt in my workflow on Notion.

Thanks a lot Scott for those Great Courses, especially how Trello was explained here, Just wondering to know, if there is an Offline Version of Trello, because it's sometimes useful at least to take a look on your tasks/Project whenever there is an outage or system availability or at the user end when he has no internet connection, which is the case today. Good afternoon. Thanks for the great videos. Can you tell me how to create a command in "Butler", where when you put a due date on a card, when this date arrives it is automatically moved to another list, like "Today's Tasks"? So every time I open Trello I just look at this list and I'll know my tasks for the day.

I really like your videos. I am connecting Google Calendar with Trello by iFTTT so wherever I insert an event it gets recorded in the other, the problem when I record in G-Calendar it immediately pops in Trello. Is there a way to make events of specific date only to be synced in the beginning hours of those days?

Hi Scott, Is there a chat feature in Trello? It would be easier if Trello has a native chat for users to collaborate while working on a board rather than using another chat application. Can you do a tutorial on Google maps, like creating you own map etc. Thank you.

I watched this video and also you weekly review video. I want to try to generate a weekly review card every week I have made a template with my desired contents. Hello - Is there a way to add a rule that can trigger another Checklist Item or Card/date/etc based on MULTIPLE conditions/Triggers being met..? (Such as, multiple Checklist items/Cards have to be 100% complete and then an automation occurs that notifies team members or assigns a task to someone and updates the label, etc...) I have 8 team members with a significant number of tasks to be completed. Is it possible for each member to have their own To-do list ,in progress and complete, separate from the main team board that feeds from the main board and links back to the main board when they are have completed their tasks? I do not want to clutter the main board because they are newbies at this and I do not want them overwhelmed if they have to work through the main board. Need your help on this.

Yes, but you would need to use a tool such as Unito to create such a sync between boards.

I know you’re a big Trello user but do you use Trello to manage your KZfaq workflow and also other parts of your business or do you use another app to keep track of all those tasks

Hi Kimberly, yes I have a KZfaq Trello board that manages my video workflow. I also use Trello boards for other parts of my business such as product launches.
