for the free version, how does the 15 cards/month work? does it mean once one card is completed and such, the limit is refreshed? like once one card from 15 is done, it becomes 14 or stay limited unless I delete that particular card?

@@FeltronFlux thanks for the question! Hipporello creates 15 cards/month through forms and email in the free plan regardless of what you do with the cards after they are created. Deleting a created card or archiving it doesn't give you an extra quota. Does that answer your question?

I'm thinking about using this for following up on my furniture orders for my company. I like the tracking feature of all the emails as it saves me making a note in Trello. Is this a good use of Hipporello or do you recommend a different program?

Hey, I have linked this with my companies Trello and I assumed it was free. However, I have read somewhere I only have 14 free days, is this still free?

Yes, this is still free. However, you will start with 14-days of free access to the Premium plan first. That is what is most likely expiring.
