Hi, my tutorials are for rhythm guitar, which works with singing and playing together. It sounds like you want to learn something more like classical guitar. You can look up some tutorials for that. Hopefully that will help

I'm so new that I don't know the terminology but I think maybe I'm looking for simple lead guitar tutorials? Something that uses finger picking to play the notes of a song? I think that's not defined as classical? Not sure. But thanks anyway.

​​@@roscmonJust look up fingerstyle guitar lessons. That's how I like to play I kinda hate strumming and I like to play the melodies more or less. But a lot of people on KZfaq especially make their own arrangements so it would be kinda hard to line up the lyrics you're thinking of to a different tempo or a slightly altered version of the song. It can be pretty hard to find original arrangements sometimes but I personally think a lot of different arrangements are actually better. And that's not to say you couldn't sing along anyways just use your own vocals and think of it as a cover or something. I'd highly recommend you watch some of KennethAcoustic's videos, his arrangements are beautiful, incorporate bass and percussion and often times show lyrics above the tabs. Overall everything he creates sounds like the entire song all instruments included with just a guitar and your voice. A lot of its pretty difficult but I think it's the sound you're going for
