Abhishekh, my application is submited and the appointment is more than 10 days away. I was re watching your videos to ensure i dont miss out any important tip. Im also getting together all the documents that might be needed. For a business visa it seems simpler and you mentioned about cover letter and flight itinerary. Do you mean confirmed flight tickets need to be submitted (same as the details filled in application form). Or just a flight itinerary with those matching details/dates as submitted in the form? (While i would pick a flight to HK while going but i was hoping to find a more flexible way back or even include another country for a short break). This is why i was hesitant about booking confirmed flights and want to check with you if i would need the actual tickets for my appointment. Looking forward to more of your videos. Yours are very clear and well explained!

For a business visa application to China, it's usually not necessary to provide confirmed flight tickets or hotel bookings. A flight itinerary with matching details/dates as submitted in your application form should suffice.

When applying for a Business visa, do we really need to have a full itinerary laid out? We were under the impression that was just for the tourist visa. We are going to be visiting a supplier for a production order we just placed but otherwise we just plan to work from our hotel 😂😂... so we don't have any kind of day to day itinerary/ plans. Also we have received an invitation letter from our supplier, and they have just included "September and October" as our dates... do you know how important it is that they list our entry and exit dates specifically? Thanks so much again!

As for the invitation letter, while it's preferable to have specific entry and exit dates mentioned, the fact that your supplier has indicated "September and October" should still be acceptable in many cases. However, to be on the safe side, it's a good idea to communicate with your supplier and ask if they can provide an updated invitation letter with exact entry and exit dates. This can help avoid any potential issues with your visa application.

Hi, My chinese visa appointment was yesterday. Hopefully it will be granted in another 3-4 days. I have to say and add that i saw a considedable amount of rush and even rejects at the vfs mumbai venue. I think they are really experiencing very high number of appicants right now. Everytime i check for back up second applivation (just in case). It gives atleast 22-25 days waiting time. It has me slightly nervous. Anywho, just wanted to update and thank you. Also, i have been trying to register for canton fair. Since my flights will be via HK and then with a day's halt in guangzhou. It might just be worth seeing what is canton fair like. The pre registeration or process of getting the buyer's badge doesnt seem as simple as it sounds. Im getting a bunch of errors messages while trying to fill in the pre reg form. It wont allow me to select HK rep. Office for badge pick up. And even when submitting the form it comes up with an error saying "please select personnel". Could you give some pointers? I looked through your video list. There is no canton fair application or tips video right? Just thought i'd check with you and ask for tips or the simplest way to get that badge.

Don't worry, have you choose courier services or self pickup? If courier it will take more 2-3 days, if not you can go and collect passport from VFS, check pickup date on your payment slip.

You have to upload your passport photo and business cards to Canton fair website to get invitation letter, they verify first and then approve your letter, embassy give priority to Canton fair, they accept as it is

Jyada tar log business visa hi le rahe hai, or logo ko mil bhi Raha hai, bus waiting time jyada hai, jab aap application submit karoge tabhi pta chalega ki appointment kab available hai
