Hi, I too am managing home and studying for exams. I make breakfast and lunch in the morning itself then study the whole day. And cook dinner in evening. Also I boil chana rajmah aloo etc once a week and freeze them and cook in the same week. I also make ginger garlic paste and chutney paste once a week and freeze them. Then use them in one week.

I am using inalsa dough maker ... Believe me it is much much better than food processor and bread maker ... I am personally using it daily and I am v.v. happy with this

The bread and dough maker is excellent. I've been using it for the last three years and have never regretted my purchase. Are you referring to the Inalsa dough maker, the Stand mixer? Stand mixer is great to knead the dough in large quantity.

Each and every technique i did.. It taken few months to understand all pros and cons.. Just that if i got this vdo before.. My efforts would be less... Unplugged and tried to just roll by pressing which u showed... Now iam doing the 2 things.. Roti maker plus tawa at the same time
