Just to clear things up, when writing the script I was aware the broodals "come back" later and that the majority of the game doesn't take place in the mushroom kingdom. However if someone killed me and I came back later I'd still be upset, also I prefer to think that peach is the de facto shadow leader of the entire world Mario takes place in.

I'd say that those weren't Hariette's and Topper's twins, but they still were themselves (originals). Everyone knows that in Mario universe important characters have multiple lives - so do they. However that doesn't change much because taking 1 life out of many is still taking a life.

I love how this is a challenge video with no hard set rules but is instead more creative. reminds me of when I was a child and tried to challenge myself but didn't really have them to strict in a way I could get very creative!

"Knowingly and voluntarily" When Cappy lands on the head of something, Cappy takes control of their mind and (by proxy) allows Mario to control them. When Mario first puts Cappy on, he gets "captured", and thus cannot control himself. Provided the bosses are killed without Cappy being thrown, you could argue that it was not voluntary, and thus not murder.

OK im at 1:00 of the video and paused it because I need to say something bout character death and murder! Technically Mario has only killed TONS of YOSHIS, ( and maybe some koopas if we get into the account of throwing them with their shells down a pit) but other than that Mario never rlly killed these guys!!! throughout the Mario game series koopas and goombas having conversations on how it hurt to get beaten by him so basically u can only say he beaten the crap out of every b-minnion, let them lie there in pain and stole their goldcoins. as for bossbattles the koopalings and also in this case Tophat he dont kill him because later in the game is is fought serveral times as are his siblings so he only TKOd them stole some money (maybe if he collects the coins) and continues his story. BUT he does disappear doesnt he? welll heres the thing we have magic with the koopamage (aka kamek) so it could be used to collect tophat or others (maybe to make an exchange with goombas and koopas (since they only drop money on disapperance and that bunny dont). Even tho that a resurrection is also possible in the Mario universe it also consumes a lot of time when we remember the 3ds game where bj resurrects bowser in a pot with kamek. It took Kamek 8 worlds! to prepare the pot and the magic which could be serveral weeks? or just days, but he rlly didnt kill anybody there. So basically he only isnt allowed to kill yoshis anymore :D
