I was at first perplexed why ur bedroom windows were up so high. But realized #1 it gives you more privacy in your bedroom and #2 it allows you to to use that wall to place either the bed or desk against that wall. Very smart of the designers!

Your kitchen is huge for a studio! I love your use of space. Perhaps your accent wall can be a soft pale shade of grey, something with just a hint of sheen.

I think you should use that wall as your beauty space, paint it a dark grey, place a desk and maybe a vanity. That way your brothers painting has a place to be displayed again along with maybe some other cute pieces like a beauty gallery wall

I think a different but darker color like blue gray would look great on the accent wall, your place is small but looks like you get a bunch of natural light in the apartment and that a darker color won't visually minimize the space. Or some kind of simple pattern painted on the wall , like medium-ish dark gray and possibly a contrast color? (My favorite contrasting color with grays, whites and blue is a deep maroon. Some greens are also a possibility but not sure which ones...maybe a hunter green.) You could also play up the accent colors by picture frames in the same color, kitchen rug on the floor, a mock backsplash (contact paper, actually.)

A very beautiful apartment! Thanks for showing us! Giggled at how organized your fridge is! My wife does that but a second after taking something out I can't remember where she had it. She gave me some fridge training recently that's helped I hope. Instructions like this shelf is for left overs. This shelf for bread etc.

Wow, thanks for letting a view of your castle,- compared to the studio I live in in NYC. This is about the 4th or so video I watch of yours and you're totally wonderful, and it's great that you're doing these videos because not only are you preaching it but you can show it in your person. What made me watch the first video, - it's a 'Ney' thing, that's my first name, and people ask me about it frequently and I've done research on it and the last I did on one of these ancestry website is to discover that it comes from Noel meaning new or new in town. On your previous videos I come to realize that you've got an extensive knowledge, of LA and have achieved worthwhile things and relatively young. I think that maybe you've studied Wallace Wattles or Claude Bristol or many names come to mind 'if you could elaborate ' but anyway you're right on.

I'm 14 and my mom is the same way with the dishwasher! We lived in multiple places with a dishwasher and she never uses it. She said it might not clean the dishes all the way and may leave water spots on the dishes making them not 'look clean' . Lol

Big thumbs up to your brother! He did a great job of recording this keeping the camera stable and pointing it perfectly at what you were talking about. Did he use a special device to stabilize the camera? Also have you done any videos on your favorite smoothie recipes? Might be a good topic. Also a tour / shopping trip at Trader Joes would be fun for those of us who don't have one to shop at or have never been to one. If it's anything like Whole Foods then its a very cool place to shop. U probably would want the managers permission 1st and maybe arrange to do when their slow. But then again maybe they wouldn't care.

Thank you! Answering your other Q, places in FL typically run around 1000-1800 for a one bedroom. It depends on where your looking. My brother is really good at filming but no stabilizer lol. And thanks for the video ideas! I added them to my list :)

I hand wash my dishes too :) I also dont like clutter so after I wash dishes I put them in the dishwasher to dry I dont turn it on or anything I just leave them in there and they dry on their own :) that way I dont waste electricity turning it on and I dont need a dry rack so I have more room on my counter :D

Your apartment is beautiful and looks like it was built or managed by the same people that built ours in South Florida Sawgrass Area...Difference is we have a one bedroom..Same doors..Same type stove fridge etc...We have a view of the lake surrounded by palm trees.. We still don't have furniture...So when we do...I will post a vid...We've only lived here since Sept 2018...Yes! You should take your brothers painting and hang it outside the closet...It's too beautiful to be in there...I would find a way to make the better room private...Even if I have to hang curtains... Take a look at Ikea for ideas on how to do this.The rug was a steal... Love that and the huge plant...Thanks for sharing this with all of us. :)) #ManyBlessings

I’m doing videography as a career but my main source of income is music production, and also living in Florida, I was considering downtown Orlando or downtown Miami but maybe Orlando because the expense is cheaper and there’s actually a lot to do around the downtown area as well as my Orlando Magic. Did you change the lighting in your apartment? Like the bulbs or did you add any lamps? Cause usually those types of apartments tend to look a bit yellow, and yours look well lit. I love it.

What does your studio run per month and what city are you in? (If your comfortable saying. I am researching now to move to Florida in about 2 years or less. Curious how prices compare to other states. We visited San Diego California last month and an efficiency ran like $1000 I think it was! So crazy! In Michigan we rent a 2 bedroom house with garage for $750/month. But it is cold for like 4 to 5 months out of the year. :(

An apartment like hers ( I'm very sure will run way higher than in Michigan ) Her apartment looks like it was built by the same builders my apartment was built... A lot of the same amenities and fixers...My apartment is in South Florida and a one bedroom runs over $1500 plus/ Mine is higher...It's on the very top floor and has a lake view...So if you have a view..It will cost more...We looked at downtown apartments and a one bedroom started at $1850 or more - $1950 etc an up ) Had water views like ocean where the big ships dock and beautiful city views... The other thing is they want you to make three times the income...Which isn't always easy for some unless you have a high paying job ( Which is not easy to get / because so much cheap labor ) or you have a partner or roommate and you both have to have decent credit. But what I can say..Is if you have a car...You can drive around and may run into some deals...I found mine on Craigslist/Then researched it /read reviews.. Drove by and signed a lease with a one month special ( You have to sign a 13 month lease.. Hope this helps...I think you will love the weather here better...It's beautiful and the beach water is warm...We Absolutely Love it here! :)) #ManyBlessings

May I ask the square footage of your studio? My daughter's new place looks similar in size & layout so we may be stealing some of your ideas 😏 I would suggest you check out wallpops.com. Their wallpaper is completely removable & adjustable with no glue left behind. They have hundreds of colors & designs so maybe you could find something to add some texture & dimension to your blank wall, and maybe a few floating shelves from Target. Great job! ☺
