Coconut oil is great for any part of body BUT your face. It can cause clogged pores, breakouts (even acne) and without proper absorbtion even extreme dryness.

For the face I use jojoba oil, argan oil or almond oil instead of the coconut oil. Coconut oil is wonderful for your body as a moisturizer, terrific for an eye cream and a great for the lips.

I’m skeptical about the citric fruit essentials oils and daylight cause they react together and can cause harm to the skin, if your gonna use citric essential oils u should wait at least 12 hours before u go into sunlight

Please do not use coconut oil because it is really bad for your skin, instead use jojoba oil or sunflower oil, just not coconut oil.
