1 Whole Onion

1 Tbsp. Whole Peppercorn
1 stalk Onion Leeks
Water, for Boiling
2 Tbsp. Butter
1 Tbsp. oil
⅓ cup Flour
2 cups Chicken stock
½ Tbsp. Soy sauce
Season with freshly cracked Black Pepper
Sides
Saging saba
Oil, for frying

@@ChefTatung thanks chef! Sarap po lahat ng ginagawa mo. Yung siomai lang di ko po na tulad. Tatry po ulit ako. 😁 yung roasted chicken na perfect ko po pati gravy. Tuwing magluluto po ako laging 2 pcs na whole chicken. 😁 sana makapunta din po kami sa restaurant mo po sa rizal at bgc.
