It's like some real estate agent came along and just sold them a random bit of land he saw "This is the lot of potential, you cna make it whatever you want!", then proceeds to run off before anyone realises he had no rights to sell it XD

I like this idea- especially since the land looks like a swamp which would make building a house on it very difficult, lol.
