Sul, sul! 🚨🚨🚨 I uploaded the apartment to the gallery, the loft and the platform can be downloaded seperatly. Put the apartment in 910 medina studios and place the platform room behind the kitchen, as seen in the video. The ladder needs to be placed again. ID: SarahAmina

What is the small red platform thing you us e to place items at different heights? How is it different from using the Ctrl +9 or 0 to move items up or down? Also- what pack did you use to decorate this apartment? I want to expand my game but looking for better decor/ Build items too! Any suggestions? This loft is beautiful - might try to recreate this on my own using the few packs i have lol

For the gallery with builds like this, you should just release it like normal apartments with rooms, but just have the raised area be on the ground with everything else, then in the description just tell people how high to raise it by! You could make it a separate room and upload the build with multiple parts, or you could have it be one room and just have the half walls between the raised area and the downstairs area, which give people an idea of where to raise it to.

When I was waiting for this update I was like OMG I will build amazing builds, I have a lot of ideas. And when it came out: empty lot, empty loft and me like 😐 wow, I built a lot 😐

Never let your dreams be dreams! This could help, but it helps for me. Just put random squares on the lot, perhaps a second floor, or whatever you feel like. And imagine a house from those random squares! Or! Search up houses on the internet, it also helps! Good luck!

It looks so cosy! I really love the furniture items from Snowy Escape, they really make rooms warmer and still modern at the same time. Great job, nice appartment, i just agree with you that it's too bad we can't build a small room under high platfroms like this.

Platforms are great but yeah, floating platforms is a wasted opportunity, maybe if we complain alot maybe they'd update their game again 🤣😂

That might make complications regarding space. Easier to program the game when the cells (squares) are only one layer per storey and floating platforms would change that. You would now have to properly program for 2 or more layers of cells per storey.

Pretty interesting this use of the space. I often find it difficult to create a different floor plan in the apartments because we can't change window placement, so you deserve all the praise for thinking outside of the box. Also, love the decor. Great build!

Yess I’ve been waiting for loft builds since we have platforms now. I know lofts have been created before but with platforms it’s more natural and easier.

Love this build! The colour schemes is what I would go for, but imagine having to climb down a ladder to go for a pee in the middle of the night, 😂

I LOVE the build!! It's really inspired me to build my own. The only thing I would change is the rug under the island counters, I just wouldn't place a rug there personally. Great build!

I can’t wait until we’re able to build under neath the platforms or at least do built in type stuff. Imagine how cool it would be to have a walk-in closet under the loft, or a bathroom, or even a little desk space!

I built something very similar a few months ago while playing, except platforms weren't there so I just created a new floor with just one room in a corner, removed the walls, placed the bedroom on top and a working area under it. It works perfectly, it just looks a bit more like a mezzanine than a platform but the end result is just as I wanted ^^

I want to buy them but idk if it’s worth it on ps4 because of the lag and I can’t make nice builds but like it’ll be YEARS when I buy a pc so like I don’t want to wait that long to play the expansion packs. Sooo I’m sad about that 🙃

You actually can build under the platform area (there are YT vids on how to do this). So you can put in a bathroom under there.

I wish the platform had the option to allow for the bottom to be hollow and items to be able to be placed in there. When I see platforms in RL there is option to put things underneath and it safes so much space. You did touch on this on the video but I was already writing this out. 😂

actually i think i found a way to do this, you just need to have a two floor house. haven't tested yet tho, and the platform probably has to be whole floor height

For the bunkbed issue, I had the same problem. I discovered you have to turn the grid off in order for the bed to not jump down to the floor. I don't know why this happens, but it does.

I think in order to do the bunk beds you have to place the bed next to the platform and then raise it with the 9 key.. I haven't tried it yet but its what makes the most sense to me
