You can hold down the alt key while holding the object you want to place, that should allow you to move them precisely.

You are a fantastic builder! I was so inspired by your video and I even learned a few busing tips just by watching! Thank you so much! I was wondering, why isn't it possible to build this type of house on an ocean lot in Sulani? Are basements not possible? I'm not sure if I've ever tried it. I love this build and if this were a real lot of love to stay here on a vacation. But living here would terrify me because of the bills. My Sims will really enjoy this lot though and the new building tips you've given me 🥰

I believe it's something to do with having pools on ocean lots - I haven't tried this lot yet but I tried to place another gallery lot on an ocean lot in Sulani before and none of the water transferred. I don't think it's possible to have pools on ocean lots

Try going into the debug menu and filtering by the ‘Island Living’ pack only - you might need to use the command bb.showhiddenobjects first. Or, you can search for a coral debug room on the gallery. Hope this helps!

Will this house still work if you don't have that T.O.O.L. mod? I don't download those because I share my computer and they wouldn't appreciate it. Anyway I really like this build and wanted to make sure I could still upload it without the mod.
