After years of installation experience of the Suzhou Pharma team, a set of the simplest and most understandable installation methods have been summarized.
Today, the editor will take you to take a look at the basic installation steps of the clean room. In this issue, we introduce the installation of wall panels and aluminum profiles in clean rooms. In the video, we use samples of corresponding materials. This video is for customers who are considering building a clean room project and worrying about installation issues.
The installation of the clean room is not difficult, as long as you follow the steps we designed, you will easily complete it.
Preparation work before installation
Clean the ground and polish it to be super flat. The ground shall be cleaned, polished and ultra flat, and the flatness shall not exceed 10mm
Fix the U groove aluminum first.
Note that each right angle needs to reserve 50X50 space for use (replace the outer cylinder).Fix all or part of the U groove aluminum
Start the installation from the corner. Insert the first panel into the U aluminum on the ground, then place the outer arc in the corner to fix it with the first panel.
The second panel is also inserted into the U aluminum.
Using screw fix the U aluminum groove and wall panel.

The basic assembly of clean room wall panels and aluminum profiles is ready!
