I have done something like that here in rio de janeiro, there were 4 scenarios, one was a guy with a knife running like crazy towards me, another one was a robbery at an atm, it was good training

Three real-world, a competitor course, and a static range, and a USPSA gym in the works.

I just want to know how the guy at the front of the car got hit by rounds fired behind the car. He missed by at least 8 feet from what it looked like on the video.

One criticism he should have announced his presence before entering giveing them a chance to give up yes it gives his presence away but the priority is ending the dangerous situation with a few lives lost as possible

Probably. But it's not a call for service, it's an active shooter response and gunfire could be heard prior to entry.

As a cop, at least in my state, announcement is not required (only “when feasible) and in several situations, like an active shooter, it can be 50/50 on being feasible. Either it throws off their OODA loop and off themselves or most likely won’t even hear it. Priority in this situation is saving as many INNOCENT lives as possible, suspect has made his decision to make his life null.

Epic fail. You failed to enrtoduce yourself. Looked like you shot the first sim dude that said he was a cop with a gun even though he was not pointing at you. Didnt give him a change to put it down.

Nah. Audible gunfire before entry. Engaged 3 shooters before the elevator. Could have announced but didn't seem prudent while canalized. Asked the officer to turn around and pull security. He didn't and was shot by the first shooter who I transitioned to and engaged, followed by the other two.
