It is nice to see triplets getting along so well. Plus you buy your clothes in batch and must save a lot of money.

This is instrument can be such a challenge to play in tune. This is certainly one of the best Serpent performances on KZfaq. “I bend the knee my lord “😊

I love how all the versions of you look at each other at the end and smile so naturally. That must have taken some practice!

It must have been difficult to play in time but you made it sound really easy.

This is my first time even hearing of this instrument. It sounds exactly like the combination of a euphonium and an English horn!

I always thought serpent sounded like a rackett, buzzy and thin. Quite a clear, noble sound. Thanks, gentlemen. Or is it "Merry Men?"

What maker is your serpent? I see two keys, is there a third on the back for B natural? I would really like one! I have a 3D printed one now, and I think it's time to move up to something a bit better.

It's a Pierre Ribo after an original in the collection of the Musical Instrument Museum in Brussels. It has 4 keys - the C# and F# you see on the front, but also a more subtle D# that you can see close to the C# key, wrapping around from the front to the back, and the B natural key for the thumb on the back.
