I did think of a question:) Do you ever worry about all the parabens in the Cerave products? I think there are at least 2 different parabens in each of the Cerave products you mentioned. Seems like I hear so much about parabens these days I'm almost scared to use products that include them😳 Thanks so much for the video! Super helpful:)

Hmm... Honestly, I didn't even realize🙊 You're right though, you hear so many things especially in hair products and what not. I do like to use products that don't have them in it of course but I have seen great results with Cerave that it never dawned on me to even look. I really like how the Cerave has a lot of ceramides and hyaluronic acid in their products which is one of the things I look for in a product. I will have to investigate now lol.

I’ve been on Tretinoin 0.05 for six months now does it take longer than that to fade dark spots? Should I be worried that more have appeared ie freckles on my cheeks

@SincerelyMissAsh
@SincerelyMissAsh 4 жыл бұрын
The eyelids are a delicate area and my lids can get oily and prone to getting milias so I avoid that area. When you apply cream and serums around the eyes your skin on the lids will get absorbed with that cream as well so it does get into that area eventually..

Thank you for this video, it's really good! I am still struggling with the order of how to apply the products. I have #1. Retinol 0.5% in Squalane , #2. “Buffet” + Copper Peptides 1% and #3. HA 2% + B5 all from The Ordinary. At the moment after cleansing I am applying #1 and then #3. Should I apply #3 first then a moisturizer and then #1? I'm using #2 just in my morning routine. Can I use it at night also? If so in what order should I apply all the products? Sorry for all these questions, I am new on this. :)
@SincerelyMissAsh
@SincerelyMissAsh 4 жыл бұрын
Thank you! Ok so yes you should be applying HA 2% + B5 first then use your Retinol and then apply a moisturizer afterwards if you need extra hydration. You can use the Buffet in the morning as well as nighttime but I wouldn't combine the Buffet with the Retinol. Retinol should be used at night time so if you are using Retinol every night then use the Buffet in the morning. I hope this helps!

Hey! Omg I know!! It used to be available for us Canadians and now it's not. We can only order the Retinol. There was a few products that I wanted and they are also not available to ship here BUT they used to be!! SOOOOO I called Deciem the other day and they told me that as of January 2019 they have made the change on some products that are not allowed to ship here. They didn't know the reasoning behind it. What boggles my mind is that Deciem was founded in Toronto but we can't get certain products? It doesn't make sense to me🥴

Ok so I use the ordinary and I have the retinol granactive retinoid 5% in squaline, my skin is ok with this strength but I only put it on in a blue moon and would like to use it more often can I ask if I need to use the acids from the ordinary the next morning or do I do one night the retinol then the next night an acid ? I love using the ordinary pycnogenol but iv no idea what it is but when I put it on my skin my skin loves it so much ,, is this safe to use at night with any ordinary acids or retinol or just have it on one day and night a week on my sorta leave my skin be day ? Sorry many questions and hopefully you can help me out on this xx thank you so much xx
@SincerelyMissAsh
@SincerelyMissAsh 4 жыл бұрын
Thanks so much! You can definitely use acids the next morning. If you want to use the retinoid more, I would definitely start using it every other day to see how your skin tolerates to it and then eventually make it everyday. You will see the best results when you are using a retinoid consistently in your routine. The Ordinary Pycnogenol is an antioxidant and that can be used with acids and retinoids. Make sure it goes on after water based serums/acids but before oils and creams. It can be used morning and/or night also. I would think it should be fine to use it every night with the others products but if you are unsure then start using it with the acids or retinoid every other day until you see you can tolerate it. I hope this helps!!!
