The Sub Zero you knew and loved is now Scorpion in this timeline (Kuai Liang). The shady, evil Sub Zero in this timeline is Bi-Han who was the original Sub Zero in the old timeline and became Noob Saibot after Scorpion killed him

23:57 Bi-Han (Sub-Zero) *IS* Noob Saibot, he just hasn’t died and been resurrected as Noob yet in this timeline. If he ends up becoming Noob at all is yet to be seen, hope this helps! 🐉

Dont think you know but in the original timeline THIS Sub Zero was Noob Saibot, while his brother Kuai Lang (in this timeline is scorpion) became the sub Zero we knew in MK11 Bi Han was always pretty evil and more ruthless while Kuai Lang was a lot more compassionate. So if you didnt know Bi Han's betrayal is pretty on brand with him. Theres even an intro dialogue between i think Geras and Scorpion in this game and this is how it goes. While in the previous timeline scorpion was Hanzo Hasashi here its Kuai Lang (the second Sub Zero) Scorpion: Who was i in previous timelines Geras: in previous timelines you were Sub Zero

One of the things that surprised me was Bi-Han revealing that he let his father die. I mean… it kind of explained why he acts the way he does. He was very Anakin-like in many ways but never would I had thought that he’d sink that low! And the fact it was he who gave his brother his infamous scar was a nice touch too! The look on Sindel’s face when Liu Kang and Geras showed her being with Shao Kahn in other timelines was pure disgust. She looked like she wanted to throw up but she surprisingly handled the news quite well.

Rain is technically a demi-god. His father was Argus. Him discovering that has always driven him mad, seeing himself as better than everyone else because of his parentage. It's not unfeasible that he was informed of this in the new timeline and immediately became an asshole again.

Hey Jaz! Quick story origin recap, In mk9, mk10 and mk11, sub zero and scorpion were not related at all. They were both from different clans, sub being from the Lin Kuei and Scorpion from the Shiray Riyu. The first sub zero: Bi-Han then turned into Noob Saibot The new Sub Zero: Kuai Liang the sub zero we knew and loved. Scorpion: Hanzo Hasashi In MK1, Sub(Bi-Han) and Scorpion(Kuai Liang) are now brothers. Interesting change but always the old MK storyline

Hey Jazz, Noob is Bi Han (Sub Zero) in the original timeline. Both Bi Han and Kui Liang were Sub Zero in the original story, but not in this one. The original Scorpion (Hanzo Hasashi) killed Bi Han for his own vengeance, but he was resurrected by Quan Chi later in the story, creating Noob Saibot. So in this story, Noob does not exist, not until Bi Han dies
