베니님 ..!! 지금 영상 분위기도 너무너무너무너무 좋지만, 영상초반에 자주 나온 어두운곳에 주황색..? 불을 킨 분위기로 가끔이라도 해주시면 안될까요 ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ..? 그때 분위기는 정말 만화속에 들어와서 케이크 만드는 것을 지켜보는 느낌이라 무척 그립네요

It looks like standard buttercream on the blue one for the blue and white icing and whipped buttercream (you add some heavy whipping cream to standard buttercream) for everything else on the cakes

You can also do Swiss meringue buttercream which is a good option because it is not too sweet. To make it you have to make Swiss meringue (which pasteurises the egg whites) and then you slowly add butter (it has to be butter) to the meringue. There are many recipes on KZfaq for it.

Perfect Events Well, the only option where there is no butter or cream cheese at all would be to just whip some double/heavy cream and sugar until it reaches soft peaks, refrigerate and then use. However, the only problem with this is that you will have to serve it immediately! That is because it can deflate and ruin the cake! Another option is, again, the Swiss meringue buttercream (livforcake.com/swiss-meringue-buttercream-recipe/). Though it has a buttery taste, it is not unpleasant but actually really nice. Or you can also try a German/french meringue buttercream (livforcake.com/german-buttercream/) which is basically making a custard and mixing it with butter. But I can say all are really nice and not too sweet (which is usually nice, since cake is already sweet). I would, however, say that the German/french meringue buttercream is slightly more difficult to do than the other two. Hope this helps.☺️
