Another sad ending to a long life lived. She had the grace to forgive her mother and she loved her family and understood people like her through empathy and compassion. We could all use a little grace and we should all be brave and strong enough to come out of the shadows and be an inspiration and example for others who have been affected by mental illness and trauma. She wasn’t afraid to lose it all to encourage people to ask for help.

I’ve always loved Sinead. Her voice was mesmerising but more for her voice she used to support the vulnerable and oppressed. They tried to silence her by demeaning and belittling her but they failed. Now out they pour from the woodwork when she can’t laugh at their hypocrisy. But wherever she has found the peace her soul craved for she’s laughing.
