So sad. She was a unique talented singer with such an beautiful angelic voice. I hope she has finally found peace and tranquility. Nothing compares 2 U Sinead. RIP angel ❤

I have to admit that when "Nothing Compares 2 U" first hit the airwaves I was a young kid and I didn't care for it... I thought it was depressing as hell and when I saw the video for the song... with her shaved head... I couldn't help laughing cause I thought it was just so absurd.. Fast forward to the day after Sinead passed away and I am listening to "Nothing Compares 2 U" as a 44 year old man. Her voice.. the emotion that she put into her singing.. Not many vocalists can touch me like this.. I put her in the same category as Pasty Cline, Cass Elliot, Karen Carpenter, Tina Turner and Janis Joplin... Needless to say she was very talented. I hope she finds peace the hereafter and has reunited with her son who tragically predeceased her at the tender age of just 17... Fly high and fly free Sinead...!

I always loved Troy. It inspired me to write a short story about a young woman, she is afraid of the dark. She was murdered by her boyfriend but, she is not aware she is dead. He buried her in the woods and she is haunting her corpse, begging for a light, waiting for him to return, slowly going mad. If you listen from 5:30-6:30 you can hear what she says while she is trapped in the ground... waiting.

🎼 Her cover version of 'Success Has Made A Failure of Our Home' is one that I adore, from her follow up album 'Am I Not Your Girl' -- a rendition of Loretta Lynn's first Top 10 hit from 1962. I would be grateful if you could consider uploading that one, if you have it. 🎵🎶

Thanks for this Upload within the new Equipment, but I would like, although I don't have LP's , to clean the Record before like you find on the 70's and 80's Channel, he gives a beautiful Example on two Tracks how to do it there .... One is by Grace Jones with Slave to the Rythm , the other one is De Barge when I remember correctly 😊🤓

Wich table sounds better to you ? Technics or Linn?

Good question... when I get some time I'm going to do a comparison video so we can all make up our own minds. For sure, the Linn sounds great but doesn't have the same pitch stability that the Technics does. It's going to be interesting to put a better cart on the Linn too, not that the Adikt is bad - far from it - but the Audio Technica carts are *far* better at handling inner groove distortion and a much better all rounder IMO.

and is reunited with her son... Losing a child has got to be any parents worst nightmare.. but to lose said child at the tender age of just 17 years... That's beyond devastating!
