Thanks Fandi! Appreciate the support. The recently bus videos doesn't seem to attract the regular watchers though 😅 Nonetheless I think some trips are worth recording so I will put it out once in awhile. Yup the Relive intro works well for cycling and bus rides as it'd able to give a broader viewpoint 😁 will keep on trying to best to film as much of Singapore in different ways as possible

@@fandialamak7764 yeah well. I guess I could push through it and continue filming. Eventually youtube will recommend it to the right batch that enjoys bus rides. The weather has been pretty insane over the last couple of months to do any cycling rides. Maybe I have to do an evening ride

@@DiscoveryWalkingToursTV Maybe, they are talking about too expensive medical fees which cost $1,000, just got a health checkup. She said "Only blood test costs $400." If they were in Korea, they would have paid about 10% of the amount without health insurance. In the Health Insurance, it will be free or under 5% of that payment. Ha Ha Ha.

@@dreaminglucid1316 yikes! That's really pricey indeed. Not sure how medical fees cost for foreigners but if you are a local and take the government medical route to get tests and treatment I'm sure it would be heavily subsided

U can try filming svc 975 too! It goes to Lim Chu Kang and it’s quite scenic P.s Try to go on a weekend cuz the route does not have double deckers deployed on weekdays

Thanks Jeremy. Yeah Clementi used to be my home town. Fond memories of the place. Lots of changes here too. Thanks for the encouragement. Still need to work on the audio aspect. Lots of captured vibrations. Probably need a couple more tries for me to fine tune it. In any case, I'm just waiting for the temperature to drop before starting some cycling vids again. Been awhile since I got onto a bicycle

You are correct. My camera didn't have any battery left. I ordered 2 different battery packs to see if it can extend its recording time. Its going to take a while to come into Singapore. Had to order it from China 😅

Took bus service 7 from clementi interchange. Suppose to end at bedok interchange but ran out of battery. Ordered a battery pack and hope it will extend the life of the filming.

😅 I really don't know. What's the main difference between those 2 types of buses? The interiors and ride experience (bumpiness) are different?

From reflection of some vehicles it's a B9TL

@@DiscoveryWalkingToursTV B9TL is those buses with either Green or SBS livery. Inside got purple poles with red and green seats, and has less boxy appearance. The front window is slanted and the interior is beige. A95 has blue and red seats with metal poles, with a boxy and mostly reflective outside. They always have green livery and the front window is flat. The interior is white and are either equipped with next stop screen or speakers, or don't. Exterior-wise, they appear very different, as one is more box-like (A95) and one has two types of liveries (B9TL).

Haha. The reason is simple. My camera ran out of battery. If I had more juice I would have took it all the way to Bedok. Ordering a battery charger so hope it will arrive soon

Pre-pandemic Orchard Road at this time of day would be crowded with hoards of tourists, now its relatively quiet and empty. It's obvious Singapore's economy is a long way from recovery. Nevertheless, it's always nice to see to tour clean, safe, and civil Singapore with you.

The day of filming is Monday. All Singaporeans return to work 100%. That is why you will see a lot of people in Orchard Road now. With that, I asked my parents, "Why shopping malls in Orchard Road got so many people" and the parents obviously know, "When there is no Covid, everybody goes back to offices".

@@AL-ip3vk you modified your first comment... and it was a good idea because thinking cars and building make a nation "developed" is a kind of, with all due respect, but it's a kind of idea which belongs indeed to a "undeveloped ideas of devellopment... ;-) If you follow me... I mean : cars and buildings everywhere are a proof of "underdevelopement" meaning old habits of pollutting today, of course, all the future city are peacefull for people, pedetrians and bikers, cars are not more the central way of mobility. I thought Singapore was more like this than I saw here, that's all, i was disappointed although there are trees everywhere... got it?

@@vachtamer hey..I get where you are coming from. Try keying in search: Biophilic Singapore and you'll understand why Europeans consider Singapore developed. And a little bit of study on Singapore's Geography helps to understand why it's full of buildings. City of 700 square kilometres packed with 5.6million people. Still having nature reserves and the likes is quite a feat for a this tiny country which lack natural resources.
