Same issue as that of Shreya Ghoshal - limited effort given to breath control. Ms.Anwesha - you have an opportunity to correct Shreya's greatest flaw and be a better version of her, which is to pay tremendous attention to breath control (avoid breathing sounds) and drastically improve your pronunciations of the Urdu words. Basically, Indian music is extremely vast and you have to continuously learn. Lata ji and Asha ji (and especially Lata ji) are phenomenally exceptional and no modern singer is likely capable to reach that stature. But you can still carry Indian music ahead by improving your own singing quality to the best of your ability. All the best.
