Subscribed for Morissette. She is so talented and unique. Every song she covers, she makes it her own yet I truly believe that no one can take away from Morissette her originals Akin Ka Na Lang and Diamante no matter who braaavely covers them. Compare Morissette to any of the greats and she will definitely be right up there or even better. I have no doubt that she will become an international star on a global scle soon- something that should have already happened a long time had she been blessed with a better and competent management team.

Love this. Love Morissette. Love your reaction. Love your eyes. Love your cat. Love love love! It's clear how amazing she is but not a lot of people appreciate the technique behind the voice. She does so many things with her voice and sometimes it's easy to overlook them because of how mesmerizing and powerfully she sings. Also, can I just add the fact that she did all that sitting down. That’s pretty much the same reaction for millions when they first hear Morissette does her whistle. That said, Morissette is just the tip of the iceberg of sheer Filipino musical talent. From power belters and r&b singers to operatic artists. Philippines have so much internationally unknown talent. KZfaq and other social media platforms is providing the world into something Filipinos have known for decades.

@Drake Castro , well it's your opinion and I repect that, but as far as Asian Singers are concerned the Pilipinos are at par if not excel in international standards. Katrina Velarde is the most vocal athlete, longest sustain notes in one breath, most versatile on Melismas (riffs/runs), followed by Mori, Jona and Angeline to name a few.

@Drake Castro as I said it's your opinion 'coz technique is not objective it is vocal dynamics that few people know unless talented and have the ear to music as well. Mori? No question about her great talents, but limiting Pilipino talents to a minimum few is not only unfair but also biased. ABS-CBN talents are so numerous and so are the other networks, not to mention the unknown raw talent KZfaqrs. Not because Mori was spotted and now produced by Rhett Lawrence doesn't mean she's the only qualified international singer, even Arnel Pineda is also very good, so lucky for them 'coz they were discovered earlier. There are lots of Pinoy talents still waiting for their time and luck. Well, hopefully.

I agree with you when you said "I am glad that Asia is taking over", because the Philippines is leading among Asian Talents especially on Social Media exposures. We hear Dimash, Sohyang and Ailee and a few more, but Philippines have myriads of talents so underrated and unknown, thanks to Social Media that gave them global exposures. Grazie Nya.

I agree with what u say about filipino talents... the only thing i can say that most of them are underrated or unknown. But the fact that there is soo much great talent also makes it difficult to get the right amount of exposure. Im happy that TNT Boys will get their exposure on 3rd of febuary. But more ppl needs to know about Morisette Amon, Katrina Velarde, Regine Velasquez, Daryl Ong, Marcelito Pomoy (which atleast got to perform on Ellen) and many more artists.

@@muridae83 You got it right about Pinoy Talents. Some of the biggest hurdles of being with so many talents are: 1. Crab mentality, wherein if some are on the upswing many are trying to pull them down; 2. Connections, if one has no good contacts to good producer, promoter, and manager with good connections to big networks, one will just stay on the sidelines; 3. Star Quality concept, if one is not good looking even with great talent, still hard to rise up from obscurity, but if one is famous even if the talent is mediocre, for sure it would be easy street. Commercializations and exploitations of talents by the managers, producers, promoters and networks are rampant. This is the sad status of the Pinoy Music Industry. Thanks to Social Media exposures, they do it on their own and people starting to appreciate them, then and there the Bigwigs and the Opportunists starting to notice them as well, and would be the start of perhaps something big, hopefully.

I love how these singers who have great technique inspire people who love to sing to improve on their own skills and also dream of becoming better singers - just like how these videos inspire you. I don't really like it when what we get from an artist is an aspiration for a certain lifestyle of for the perks of popularity... i don't know... i don't want to be offensive to those who like that, but it just makes me a bit sad when it becomes less about the music and the art and the actual hard work and more about something materialistic...

Hi there Nia Crea, I saw you've enjoyed watching Morissette Amon a Filipino Singer. Actually She the Asia's Phoenix Queen coz' she can sing higher than everybody else and she has this vocal crack thingy and she can growl also and how on Earth could we forget she can whistke. The longest whistle that she have ever had was 17 seconds yes that's right! Proud Filipino here 😊😅

I watch your reaction repeatedly this morning in the whole 2hrs while driving to work because I liked how you got amazed when Mori pulled the whistle note. Although I watched Akin ka Lang the +++++ times, I still got chills up to this time. It's the Mori effect😂😂😂.
