I once read a comment under one of Daryl's covers angrily stating that Daryl ruined the song by changing the tune and doing those runs. and someone replied 'Because it's a cover?' Lol Why bother doing a cover when all you'll do is mimic the original instead of putting your own flavor in?

Damn they have no idea on music specially on the genre of rnb.. they just know the original and think it should be sang that way which for me it shouldn't, that's why it's called cover and you can do whatever style you want to not copy the original.
