Excellent video guy!!! I have some 30-year old I believe Pella windows where the channels have fallen to the bottom of the sash and your video provide guidance for the fix. I'll tell you, I have neigbors who have experienced te same issue and they had all their windows replaced to the tune of $10,000 to $18,000. OUCH!!! I'll tried your fix fiest on my windows that are otherwise fine. Hope I can find the proper channels for my old 1990 vintage windows....

Hi, good video, however your window is missing the metal channel take out clip on the right side to be found on swisco window parts online. My house house has 10 window that use the middle of the channel white plastic take out clips , and one top of the channel (like yours) metal take out clip that has two horizontal slots that the tabs fit into (they do not interchange). Thank you for leading me to two different types of take out clips.!

One of the sides, the hook was attached to the top of is, really trying to see if that matters at all lol

Unfortunately for me the bottom plastic cap on the bottom of the channel balance that extends to the left away from the balance absolutely refused to let me seat the right side bottom of the window in the channel. Tried switching the balances to opposite sides of the window - same issue. Going to check other videos ... hopefully someone else had same problem. CHECKED ANOTHER VIDEO AND FOUND OUT THIS VIDEO LEFT-OUT USING THE CHANNEL LOCKS IN THE CHANNELS TO LOCK-IN THE TOP OF THE BALANCE (be sure to press the channel locks back-in after you drop the window all the way down).
