I can’t believe no one has said this! The rules allow lifetime happiness rewards. If you can focus on Chelsea for a little bit and work on her happiness, you can buy a money tree with 5000 points. Takes a few days to grow, but it gives you 8000 simoleons every single day and sometimes even gives you more money tree seeds. I did it on my own 100 baby challenge and my family has 6 trees and since I fertilize them to improve quality, I have almost 1,000,000 simoleons in my household and an amazing house full of quality items and computers and I even have a butler (have to disable child care but they still clean and repair). You can focus so much more on the kids when you don’t have to worry about money or cleaning or much else. Hope you’re able to get one!!!!

You should seriously replace the decorative plants with the gardening plants. Not only can the kids eat the fruits and veggies, but you can get bees and sell the honey. A lot of my Sim senior citizens grow roses and begonias and sell them for cash to make up for their crappy pensions after retiring from their jobs. Also, once the kids hit teen, they can start tending the garden and bees too. Gardening can end up being super profitable.

You should get a swing set and maybe a playground in the backyard so the kids can play in it and put an outdoor table and chairs back on the porch. And it would also be smart to plant a garden so the kids can eat fruits and veggies you can also sell flowers and sell honey and even sell the fruits and vegetables to get some more cash and maybe invest in a money trash can, a better computer and stove and fridge and a mountable TV and some more fun toys for the kids and you could later on Add some “looks” to the house.

I don’t really know how the Sims 4 works, but I think you should make the “garage” into a bedroom! And also, make Chelsea’s room smaller and add that space to the kids’ room. And bulldoze the wall between the nursery and the kids’ bedroom. The baby can sleep in Chelsea’s room. That would make a lot more space for beds for the kids. Hope this helps! Loving this series!!!!

Make the fake garage into a bedroom for the childern, and then the smaller one for teens. You almost always have way more toddlers and childern. The fake garage is unused indoor space!!!

If you make the garage a bedroom make the master room smaller you can extend the kids room and you will have plenty of space. Edit: hope that makes sense lol Also btw I love this series!

The best way to get money in my opinion is gardening. I am currently doing this challenge and all I did was go to a nearby park and harvest few plants and then plant them on my plot. After they grow, harvest them and plant as many as you need(I have about 10 plants and that's working for me). After you have the right amount of plants, just care for them and select sell all instead of harvest. Now each plant gives me like 100 each. Its so awesome and now I can focus on the kid's skills and I have a lot of money(a few thousand simoleons)! Hope you can benefit from my tip😊

I discovered in my own 100 baby challenge that having your kids fish in the pond gets their fun level up and also gives you pretty decent items to resell. Worth a shot if you're family is needing money.

Uh it's not ugly! It just looks 'different' when it doesn't have all of the decorations from the other house. When Kelsey adds it all in you won't be saying it's ugly because it looked amazing! The new house is good too. So stop hating on Kelsey when she is doing her best! It's here home so she will do what she wants with it 😒. And it's called staying under budget and saving money.

ANH Vlogs no because she clearly wants to stay under budget so she is selling things from the house that she doesn't need coz she already has them in her inventory from the other house, so that she can keep some money to feed the impiccishmay family. And yes there is other ways to make money andkelsey is doing that by making Chelsea take on a freelance courier. So she gave herself a budget, the house went over budget, she deleted things to keep it under budget, and now ur hating on her. There is no need 🙄

You should make the fake garage chelsea's room and then combine all the three rooms together (just keep the writing desk in the living room) so all of the kids can share one big room together i feel like that would be so cuteeeee

You have inspired me to do the 100 baby challenge in SIMS 4. Sadly I don't have all the extra games like you do but I am doing the best with the extras I do have. What I have found the best is scavenging for flowers or berries or spending some money on seeds and starting a garden. Or going to festivals and harvest all the cool flowers they have there and start growing them. The festivals have all the most expensive flowers and once they reproduce you can sell them and make hundreds of dollars. It is great! I just made up to $5,000 alone with gardening this week. Only $30 some with my books, but I am still writing them! You're doing great!

I watched the full live and that's what she's doing!! The fake garage will be a room for teenagers/kids, and the small kids room is for toddlers and maybe babies (she might leave the babies in Chelsea's room like she's been doing in the old house)
