Thank you, Thom, for helping my friend with her yard. It's been an issue that she and I have discussed previously. We had also talked about cutting back the growth behind the fence line. I suggested a two foot cutback with a longer term goal of opening up an area for a sitting area and bench surrounded by the woods. Not being close enough to help her on a regular basis sucks, but thank you again for helping my friend! ❤

I agree with you, Thom, on going behind the fence and clearing out several feet, then spray weed killer. After looking at the adjacent yards maybe that’s the property line? Very nice work mowing and cleaning the property! It looks so much better now. With each mow it will look even better since there was so much to initially mow! Hello Thom what a big garden for a wee one to enjoy running about in and keep safe. If a buffer zone means space between back fence and woods then a great idea especially for safety. I won't tell you to keep safe as Joycelyn has probably warned you already before leaving the house. I agree a greater power up above has given you these tasks of helping others and you carry them out to the best of you capabilities for a 71year old. Keep healthy my good friend you have many years ahead of you helping others and being the kind hearted volunteer every community should have but unfortunately don't.
