Question on the slip (sliding) knot... How would you apply the final securing square knot to secure the knot? I do not see it here. Otherwise, the knot won't be secure and stable. It may untie by itself. Thank you. Berhan from Ethiopia.

Dear Berhan, thank you for your comment, In SFT technique, the 4 throw (4 loops made around the needle holder) would make a self sealed (self locking) knot, that is burried partially whithin the intervening iris stromal tissue. The is no need for further securing knot.. the whole job is made with a SINGLE PASS.
