Nah clearly the sweetcorn guy should have won! It was such an exotic and unique dish. Well thought out and flavoured clearly. And the Yellow from the sweetcorn just adds more happiness to it.

She clearly wasn't just trying to be mean. She just wanted them to put in effort and it is offensive when you're expecting effort and you get none. Lol! They're just mad because she's not sugar coating it. She gave props where she felt it was due without hesitation but she kept that same energy for what she didn't like. At least she's not fake. They're just mad that they didn't know how to cook. Sometimes it's just best to admit that you don't know how to do something!
