I don't know, Mr. Shatenkirk... Hockey players spend the offseason doing crossfit at an incredibly high end private gym located near the same affluent neighborhoods they grew up in? I'd have never imagined it. Are you pulling my leg?

This is just superb, I been tryin to find out about "in-season hockey training" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Banonnor Veyathan Release - (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my colleague got excellent success with it.

hey guys I'm -3 years old and I can bench 315lbs for 20 reps and I also program operating systems in my free time. oh did I mention I also rebuild engines with my feet while programming?

+Joshua T.G find a good place to train with excellent trainers specific for hockey....learn proper form then you will come into your own and be able to train correctly on your own

Marco Willians there are a few. Paul Kariya just made the hall of fame, and Wayne Simmonds, Kyle Okposo, PK Subban, Dustin Byfuglien and just made the all star game.
