If you really want to experience Austin Brown, check out his solo (with piano) performance of "Bring Him Home" from Les Mis. Stunning. Home Free is such unusual combination of extreme talent. Austin Brown is a phenom high tenor, Rob Lundquist has a very bright tenor-to-mid tenor voice, Adam Chance is a silky baritone that can cover bass-lines as needed, Tim Foust is a basement-bass with a 5+ octave range, Adam Rupp, beatboxer extraordinaire, also sings tenor. You can also find vids where they ALL beatbox!. You should check out Home Free's versions of "Helplessly Hoping" and "Brothers In Arms". There are some FUN ones as well.

I believe I read that Austin was actually singing to his girlfriend who was just off camera. If you want to watch something that shows some of the different genres and their humor, watch their Butts Remix/Medley

This song was a monster hit by Percy Sledge in 1966 and became a well known iconic love song classic. It was later covered by Michael Bolton in the early 1990's, and it was this arrangement of the song that Home Free followed with this. I suggest you listen to both versions to see how HF upgraded it, which imo is the new standard for the great song. You may want to react to another great classic love song, Unchained Melody, made popular by the Righteous Bros. in 1965 and later in the movie Ghost. HF went back to the roots of the song in their arrangement.

That look in Austin's eyes is because he's looking at his beautiful lady Amberly. This was done during the quarantine and each guy was at his own home or nearby studio in three different cities. Austin was in the studio with the tech and Amberly the only ones with him.

Austin (lead) and Adam (beatboxer) killed it. This was during Covid so I thought the tv’s were clever. Austin does quite a few runs and they’re so good. Good reaction Emma!

I believe you would enjoy Austin and Tim's cover of My Maria. There are other things I think you should listen to first, beginning with where Tim sings lower like in Folsom Prison or Misty Mountains then transitioning to Mayday for reference... then My Maria makes sense. Personally though, my favorite song they cover is Auld Lang Syne because it's relatively simple which actually highlights the near perfection they make it. Kind of like drawing a perfect circle... basic but nearly impossible to actually draw.

The lead in this song, Austin Brown, was looking at his lady who was near the camera. That probably explains the looks he seemed to be giving the camera.

This is one of their "Quarantine videos," so, they weren't in studio together. They put a new video out every other week. That really, really have us something to look forward to! They also sing every genre. Have fun in the rabbit hole!

Tim (Tim Foust…the Awesome Bass)…had been after Austin for a good while for him to do this lead..&, he finally relented….Boy ‼️… are we glad he Did‼️❤️‼️ And, his girlfriend Amberly, was in the studio by the cameraman &, was surely singing to her … lucky Lady ‼️❤️‼️ He’s one talented guy, trained in classical musical theater.
