Saraap, bagong kaalaman sa pagluluto nanonood ako palagi ng vlogs mo, pwede pala hipon try ko usually sa Bangus meron kami puno ng bayabas hitik sa bunga _mainit na sabaw sa malamig na panahon dito sa farm Baras, Rizal. Thank you for sharing more power, Simpol God bless.

Usually Yung mga coming from Visaya's region ayaw nila ng sinigang sa bayabas,or bulanglang na may bayabas...Amoy anghit daw🤭🤭🤭🤭

Hindi ko sinasama yung skin pag pinakulo ko yung bayabas para hindi amoy leki-leki. Inaalis ko na rin agad yung buto pagkakulo tapos ibeblender ko yung guava flesh para malapot yung sabaw. And lastly I add a bit of sugar to add umami.

Gawa ko yung seeds blender ko, at Salain para matangal seeds.yung juice ibalik sa blender at ilagay yung balat at blender. Gamitin para sabaw ng hipom

Sayang yung bayabas meat.. taas p nman fibers nun.. anyways mahirap maghanap ng native bayabas...if u get to find one.. try ko yan s chicken
