How to get dry clean compressed air with a $60 Derale (15300) 16-pass tube fin cooler on a Ingersoll Rand T30 60-gallon air compressor. This is a very easy and cheap option to remove moisture and water from compressed air. Much easier than the tube drain traps and other builds out there. It uses the pulley fan for natural draft during charging. It provides over 125F temperature drop from the compressor to the tank and removes a fair amount of water in the separator. This is essential for clean dry air for paint or tools.
