Congrats. The U50 is my favorite model from my favorite brand. I love the tool aesthetic, the bead blast finish and is distinctly non-blingly. It looks like it could survive a direct nuclear hit. Enjoy!

Agreed. Almost flipped it with another watch to fund an Omega. I couldn't do it.

Hope you'll stay with the little tank. I'm lucky enough to own a 657, a 104 St Sa I A, a T1 with 45mm and a U1 B LE.

Nice pickup! The U50 has been on my short list since its release. I have a 144 that is one of longstanding pieces in my collection. I really like the blasted finish Sinn applies

The bezel turns much easier if you turn it from the sides rather than the top & bottom. The top & bottom are a bit recessed into the case whereas the sides of the bezel are not. I think it was intentionally designed this way.

@@TennesseeMikecheers! Enjoy your U50, I wear the crap out of mine! Sinn today are what Rolex used to be in the 50's & 60's. No nonsense purpose built tool watches.
