We review the new Sinnis Hoodlum 125. It is a cruiser style learner-legal motorbike, with outstretched forks, footboards, forward controls, and an attitude that will surprise you!
We look in depth at the bike - how it rides, handles, stops and goes and more!
Find out if it's suitable for you! Everything you need to know, in a factual, interesting and full review. No stupidity or larking about!
This bike is not just for learners! Find out why!

I really like your reviews, they are very well thought out, edited and presented. I particularly like the idea of the two perspectives. I feel from watching this I could buy one of these for my daughter and granddaughter (both 5ft 6) as their first bike and still have a bit of fun on it myself as a 6ft 3 owner of a 1200, 500 and 250. The two year warranty is reassuring and the price is very inviting.

Ultra TV All 125’s are pretty gutless because of having to meet bhp restrictions. You will probably end up in first gear at low speed. For future reference, go for a Harley Davidson or BmW R 18 which have masses of torque snd are more roomy

With us in the Netherlands, the current car driver's license is due for an upgrade that will soon make it possible to drive a 125cc. I've been looking at Keeway Superlight & Lexmoto Michigan until I saw this review. Now I'm really torn. Thanks buddy, great to see a new person getting into riding. We actually realised it’s not restricted that’s just how much power it produces. You could do your cbt and ride one around for a few months before moving onto your full license if that’s what you’re looking at doing. Once you’ve done your full license there’s many many options out there

@MrDarcy-OlMan
@MrDarcy-OlMan 4 жыл бұрын
All 125's sold in the EU have to have their power restricted to under 14bhp. Usually this can be 'undone' by a few modifications (not legal for insurance/age unless you are over 19 and have passed A2 licence, then it's ok as long as you tell insurers).
@ewganhoff
@ewganhoff 3 жыл бұрын
No, you can't de restrict an air cooled, 4 stroke 125. Why do you think all the air cooled 125s make considerably less than the legally allowed 15hp. Mr Darcy or the old man are deeply misinformed on this one.

@MrDarcy-OlMan
@MrDarcy-OlMan 2 жыл бұрын
They are similar but also different in a few ways. The hoodlum has a more stretched out riding position due to the mini apes and forward controls. The outlaw is a more upright position with mid controls. Personally I prefer the outlaws riding position but that’s down to preference. Other than that they are extremely similar.

looking for a 125cc to obviously drive until i'm more confident to go with anything more powerful. get my CBT, practice on a 125cc for a year, then go for my full licence since i'm 25yo. Need my freedom, and don't feel confident enough to drive a car so a bike is more suitable. only problem is, i'm 24 stone, trying to lose weight, working out daily. But, will this be ok for me to ride? problem is, I live in a town called Airdrie in scotland, and if you know airdrie, you know just hot large the hills are here, I think i'd have to push it up the hill every time XD

With the pipe this bike had, it’s more pokey than other 125’s we’ve ridden. You should be ok. The guy who used to service our 50cc used to ride that round the block to test it and he was about your weight. It won’t power up the hills but should get you there 👍🏼
