People always comment about the Hoenn trumpets. BUT MAN, THESE SINNOH TRUMPETS ARE FIRE. Seriously, even the original in game MIDI sounds, they sound so good!

The audio mixing on this one is INCREDIBLEEEE. I loved last week's, but this is something SPECIAL EDIT: I've told Carlos this before, but 41:40, Gen IV music is so good that a DURANT seems to keep grooving to it

What an ensemble! The drummer is straight up fire, I love the violinist's energy, the whole rhythm section is tight as hell, and the horns pack quite a punch! Combine that with a band leader who is absolutely thrilled to be there, and you got a show that just oozes with passion. Nice job, everyone!

As someone who grew up playing diamond I've got to thank you Carlos for all the amazing music you've given us this year especially during lockdown you made it a little more bearable. Thanks to these tracks I even booted up my old copy of Diamond on my DS and felt like a little kid again. Cheers from London : )

Don't worry they won't. Because in the album release video Carlos said that he has been given legal permission to perform these arrangements, and that some of the money he gains from the albums sales will be given to the composers.

For me, the thing that sets apart a truly fantastic musician from others is the ability to perform live while still sounding like a studio recording. It's how you can tell that the music you are listening to in recordings is genuinely coming straight from the musician's skills, not relying on technology to cover up all of the flaws. And Carlos, you are a truly fantastic musician.

i'm glad i caught this show! though i am really salty at myself for missing the 8-bit big band i think which was a bit after this concert? regardless i'm glad i caught you live and you've really inspired me to continue pursuing music that kind of sparking during the time you were making your videos even before you got to berklee. thank you for all your music man, i want you to know you've impacted me deeply as a person and musician with your music.

God I’ve religiously listened to every one of these arrangements so many times now. And now with these two blessed Live Performances... All I can say is I’m gonna be so thrown off-balance whilst fighting a trainer in the Gen 4 Remakes and a perfectly-timed Electric Violin Solo _doesn’t_ start playing lmao Seriously tho thank you infinitely Carlos, The Year of Sinnoh has been magical in every way. Also I am wholeheartedly invested in every single musician in this godly ensemble. Talk about *VIRTUOSITY*
